Q3.如果在受水洗之前，领受了圣灵，是否还须领受水洗？
虽然在受水洗之前领受了圣灵，还是必须领受水洗，并无例外。因为主耶稣基督说过：要进入神的国，必须从水和圣灵生。
徒10：44-4844彼得还说这话的时候，圣灵降在一切听道的人身上。45那些奉割礼、和彼得同来的信徒，见圣灵的恩赐也浇在外邦人身上，就都希奇；46因听见他们说方言，称赞神为大。47于是彼得说：这些人既受了圣灵，与我们一样，谁能禁止用水给他们施洗呢?48就吩咐奉耶稣基督的名给他们施洗。他们又请彼得住了几天。
约3：3-53耶稣回答说：我实实在在的告诉你，人若不重生，就不能见神的国。4尼哥德慕说：人已经老了，如何能重生呢？岂能再进母腹生出来吗？5耶稣说：我实实在在的告诉你，人若不是从水和圣灵生的，就不能进神的国。
“人若不是从水和圣灵生的，就不能进神的国”是指要受水和圣灵的洗，才可得着重生。
Q3. If a person has received the Holy Spirit before Water Baptism,
is he required to undergo Water Baptism?
Even though a person has received the Holy Spirit before Water
Baptism, he must still undergo the Baptism of Water. There can be no exemption
because the Lord Jesus Christ said that to enter the kingdom of God one must be
born again of water and of the Spirit.
Acts 10:44-48 44While Peter yet spake these words, the
Holy Ghost fell on all them which heard the word. 45And they of the circumcision
which believed were astonished, as many as came with Peter, because that on the
Gentiles also was poured out the gift of the Holy Ghost. 46For they
heard them speak with tongues, and magnify God. Then answered Peter, 47Can
any man forbid water, that these should not be baptized, which have received
the Holy Ghost as well as we?48And he commanded them to be
baptized in the name of the Lord. Then prayed they him to tarry certain
days.
John 3:3-5 3Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily,
verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the
kingdom of God. 4Nicodemus saith unto him, How can a man be born
when he is old? can he enter the second time into his mother's womb, and be
born? 5Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man
be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God.
Being born of water and of the Spirit means having to undergo baptism
of water and baptism of the Holy Spirit.
