圣灵就是父与子
“遵守神命令的，就住在神里面，神也住在他里面，我们所以知道神住在我们里面是因他所赐我们的圣灵”（约壹3：24）
“神将他的灵赐给我们，从此就知道我们是住在他里面，他也住在我们里面。”(约壹4：13)
我们如何得知神住在我们里面？因衪赐给我们的圣灵同证，我们受了圣灵，就证明神住在我们里面，所以圣灵住在我们里面，同时，就是神住在我们里面了。
“如果神的灵住在你们心里，你们就不属肉体，乃属圣灵了。人若没有基督的灵，就不是属基督的。”（罗8：9）
在这一节圣经中，同一个灵，有三种的记法，就是神的灵，圣灵，基督的灵；有神的灵，就是属圣灵；有圣灵就是属基督。可见神的灵与圣灵是一样的。圣灵和基督的灵，也是一样。所以圣灵，乃是包括父子在内的。
你们若爱我，就必遵守我的命令，我要求父，父就另外赐给你们一位保惠师，叫他永远与你们同在。（约14：15－16）
耶稣回答说，人若爱我，就必遵守我的道。我父也必爱他，并且我们要到他那里去，与他同住。（约14：23）
在这一章圣经中，主耶稣基督有两种的说法，首先说，人若爱我，遵我的命，就赐给他一位保惠师圣灵，与他同住。以后又说，人若爱我，守我的命，我与父要到他那里，与他同住。前者说保惠师圣灵与他同住，后者说主耶稣基督和父与他同住，究竟与他同住的是保惠师？抑是主耶稣基督与父？这证明保惠师圣灵就是子主耶稣基督并父神了。圣灵和我们同住，同时就是主耶稣基督与天父同住在我们里面，所以说，圣灵就是父神与子耶稣基督。
The
Holy Spirit is the Father and the Son
“And
he that keepeth his commandments dwelleth in him, and he in him. And hereby we
know that he abideth in us, by the Spirit which he hath given us.” (1 John
3:24)
“Hereby
know we that we dwell in him, and he in us, because he hath given us of his
Spirit.” (1 John 4:13)
How do we know that God lives in
us? It is through the Holy Spirit that He gives us. We receiving the Holy Spirit is proof that
God lives in us. Thus by saying that the
Holy Spirit lives in us, we are also saying that God lives in us.
“But
ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God
dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.”
(Romans 8:9)
In the above verse, there are three
different records of the same Spirit, that is, God’s Spirit (“the Spirit which
He hath given us”), the Holy Spirit, and the Spirit of Christ. With God’s Spirit, we belong to the Holy
Spirit; with the Holy Spirit, we belong to Christ. Thus we can see that God’s Spirit and the
Holy Spirit is the same. The Holy Spirit
and the Spirit of Christ is also the same.
Therefore, the Holy Spirit also includes the Father and the Son.
“If
ye love me, keep my commandments. And I will pray the Father, and he shall give
you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;” (John 14:15-16)
“Jesus
answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my
Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.”
(John 14:23)
In the above verses,
the Lord Jesus Christ spoke of two points.
Firstly, He said that if a man loves Him and keeps His commandments, the
Father will give him the Comforter who is the Holy Spirit to abide with him. Secondly, He said that if a man loves Him and
keeps His commandments, He and the Father will come to him and abide with
him. The first portion says that the
Comforter the Holy Spirit, will abide with him; the latter portion says that
the Lord Jesus Christ and the Father will abide with him. So is it the Comforter, or the Lord Jesus
Christ and the Father that abides with him? This proves that the Comforter is
the Son Lord Jesus Christ and God the Father.
To say that the Holy Spirit dwells in us is the same as saying that the
Lord Jesus Christ and the Father dwells in us.
Therefore, the Holy Spirit is God the Father and the Son Lord Jesus
Christ.
