谁是麦基洗德？
来7:1-3 1这麦基洗德就是撒冷王，又是至高神的祭司，本是长远为祭司的。他当亚伯拉罕杀败诸王回来的时候，就迎接他，给他祝福。2亚伯拉罕也将自己所得来的，取十分之一给他。他头一个名翻出来就是“仁义王”，他又名“撒冷王”，就是“平安王”的意思。3他无父、无母、无族谱，无生之始，无命之终，乃是与神的儿子相似。
问题： 请解释谁是麦基洗德。
仁义王
撒迦利亚曾有预言：
亚9：9 锡安的民哪，应当大大喜乐！耶路撒冷的民哪，应当欢呼！看哪，你的王来到你这里，他是公义的，并且施行拯救，谦谦和和地骑着驴，就是骑着驴的驹子。
主耶稣基督是公义的王，施行拯救将百姓从罪恶里救出来，他们心里要大大喜乐。这位公义的王，谦谦和和地骑着驴，赐以色列真正的公义，表达祂的爱及恩典。（太21：4-11）。
当时以色列人看见主耶稣基督骑着驴进耶路撒冷，他们喊着说："和散那归于大卫的子孙！奉主名来的，是应当称颂的！高高在上和散那！"（太21：9）
撒冷王(平安王)
赛9:6 因有一婴孩为我们而生，有一子赐给我们，政权必担在他的肩头上。他名称为"奇妙策士"、"全能的神"、"永在的父"、"和平的君"！
主耶稣基督是平安的王，和平的君，是平安的源头。我们在世上如果有挂虑的事，可以藉着祷告告诉神。
约14：27 我留下平安给你们，我将我的平安赐给你们。我所赐的，不像世人所赐的；你们心里不要忧愁，也不要胆怯。
腓4：6-7 6应当一无挂虑，只要凡事藉着祷告、祈求和感谢，将你们所要的告诉神。7神所赐出人意外的平安，必在基督耶稣里保守你们的心怀意念。
箴10:22 耶和华所赐的福，使人富足，并不加上忧虑。
身为神的儿女要先求祂的国和义，凡事以神为中心，我们所需用的一切东西，天父是知道的。
路1：78-79 78因我们神怜悯的心肠，叫清晨的日光从高天临到我们，79要照亮坐在黑暗中死荫里的人，把我们的脚引到平安的路上。”
我们接受基督的救恩，心灵就平安，得着神的真平安。
神至高的祭司
亚伯拉罕打胜仗归来之时，受到撒冷王麦基洗德，以至高神的祭司身份为他祝福。亚伯拉罕也将战利品的十分之一送给麦基洗德。
创14：18-20 18又有撒冷王麦基洗德带着饼和酒出来迎接，他是至高神的祭司。19他为亚伯兰祝福，说：“愿天地的主、至高的神赐福于亚伯兰！20至高的神把敌人交在你手里，是应当称颂的！”亚伯兰就把所得的拿出十分之一来，给麦基洗德。
麦基洗德比亚伦及其子孙更早为祭司，他不需要根据利未人的条例，如主耶稣基督，是神直接指示的。
来6：20 作先锋的耶稣，既照着麦基洗德的等次成了永远的大祭司，就为我们进入幔内。
主耶稣基督是第一位进入永存的至圣所，坐在神右边为我们代求的祭司。祂作了先锋为我们开路。
来7：16 他成为祭司，并不是照属肉体的条例，乃是照无穷之生命的大能。
主耶稣基督成为祭司，并不是照属肉体利未支派所专有的条例（律法和诫命）。主耶稣基督是藉着无穷生命的大能，胜过了死亡。以复活显明祂是神的儿子，成为大祭司，尽祭司的职任服事、拯救我们
罗1：4 按圣善的灵说，因从死里复活，以大能显明是神的儿子。
神起誓而立的
主耶稣基督作了更美之约的中保。这约凭更美之应许立的，那前约若没有瑕疵，就无处寻求后约了。
耶31：31-33 31耶和华说：日子将到，我要与以色列家和犹大家另立新约，32不像我拉着他们祖宗的手，领他们出埃及地的时候，与他们所立的约。我虽作他们的丈夫，他们却背了我的约。这是耶和华说的。33耶和华说：那些日子以後，我与以色列家所立的约乃是这样：我要将我的律法放在他们里面，写在他们心上。我要作他们的神，他们要作我的子民。
在旧约的时代，大祭司在神的面前替人献上赎罪祭，成为人与神之间的中保。新约是主耶稣基督以神儿子的身份，道成肉身到世上来，圣洁毫无瑕疵，用自己的血，成了永远赎罪的事。
来9：12 并且不用山羊和牛犊的血，乃用自己的血，只一次进入圣所，成了永远赎罪的事
凡信靠主耶稣基督，接受祂为中保的人，真神会赦免他们的罪，洗净一切的不义。主耶稣基督是我们进入天国的中保和天梯。
雅各梦见一个梯子立在地上，梯子的头顶著天，有神的使者在梯子上，上去下来 （创28：12）。这梯子就是说明基督是神与人的桥梁，也是那中保使人脱离罪恶，得着救恩与神和好。
结论
基督的祭司职任是永远常存，永不更换。基督作为我们的大祭司，是我们和神之间的中保，永远在神面前为我们代求，使我们的罪得蒙赦免
来7：23-25 23那些成为祭司的，数目本来多，是因为有死阻隔，不能长久。24这位既是永远常存的，他祭司的职任就长久不更换。25凡靠着他进到神面前的人，他都能拯救到底，因为他是长远活着，替他们祈求。
主耶稣基督是我们永活的大祭司。祂是圣洁、无邪恶、无玷污、远离罪人、高过诸天的大祭司（来7：26）。彼拉多说：我查不出他有什麽罪来（约18：38下），这证明主耶稣基督是圣洁无罪，毫无瑕疵。
彼前1:15-16 15那召你们的既是圣洁，你们在一切所行的事上也要圣洁。16因为经上记着说：“你们要圣洁，因为我是圣洁的。”
麦基洗德无父，无母，无族谱，无生之始，无命之终，乃是与神的儿子相似。太初没有世界以前就有了真神，祂是创造宇宙天地万物的主宰。主耶稣基督是首先的，也是末后的。
启1：8 主神说：“我是阿拉法，我是俄梅戛，是昔在、今在、以后永在的全能者。”

WHO IS MELCHIZEDEK?
Heb. 7:1-3 1For this Melchizedek, king of Salem, priest of the Most High God, who met Abraham returning from the slaughter of the kings and blessed him, 2to whom also Abraham gave a tenth part of all, first being translated "king of righteousness," and then also king of Salem, meaning "king of peace," 3without father, without mother, without genealogy, having neither beginning of days nor end of life, but made like the Son of God, remains a priest continually.
Question: Please explain who is Melchizedek.
King Of Righteousness
Zechariah had prophesied:
Zech. 9:9 Rejoice greatly, O daughter of Zion! Shout, O daughter of Jerusalem! Behold, your King is coming to you; He is just and having salvation, Lowly and riding on a donkey, A colt, the foal of a donkey.
The Lord Jesus Christ is the King of Righteousness. He delivers men out of sins. Hence, they should rejoice greatly. This King of Righteousness is lowly and He rides on a donkey; He bestows true righteousness on Israel and manifests His love and mercy (Matt 21:4-11).
When the Israelites saw the Lord Jesus Christ entering Jerusalem riding on a donkey, they cried out, saying "Hosanna to the Son of David! 'Blessed is He who comes in the name of the Lord!' Hosanna in the highest!" (Matt. 21:9).
King Of Salem (King of Peace)
Isa. 9:6 For unto us a Child is born, Unto us a Son is given; And the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace.
The Lord Jesus Christ is the King of Peace, the Prince of Peace and the source of peace. We should let all worldly anxieties and requests be made known to Him by prayer and supplication.
John 14:27 Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you; not as the world gives do I give to you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
Phil. 4:6-7 6Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; 7and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
Prv. 10:22 The blessing of the Lord makes one rich, And He adds no sorrow with it.
As children of God, we should first seek the kingdom of God and His righteousness. We should place God above everything else because the heavenly Father knows all of our needs.
Luke 1:78-79 78Through the tender mercy of our God, With which the Dayspring from on high has visited us; 79To give light to those who sit in darkness and the shadow of death, To guide our feet into the way of peace.
Once we have accepted salvation through the Lord Jesus Christ, we will find spiritual peace within us and receive God’s true peace.
Priest Of The Most High God
Melchizedek (i.e. the King of Salem and the priest of God Most High) met Abraham when the latter was returning from a victorious battle. He blessed Abraham and Abraham gave him a tithe of all.
Gen. 14:18-20 18Then Melchizedek king of Salem brought out bread and wine; he was the priest of God Most High. 19And he blessed him and said: "Blessed be Abram of God Most High, Possessor of heaven and earth; 20And blessed be God Most High, Who has delivered your enemies into your hand." And he gave him a tithe of all.
Melchizedek had been ordained as a priest much earlier than Aaron and his descendants. In fact, Melchizedek was not subjected to the laws of the Levites, just like how the Lord Jesus Christ was instructed by God Himself.
Heb. 6:20 where the forerunner has entered for us, even Jesus, having become High Priest forever according to the order of Melchizedek.
The Lord Jesus Christ was the first to enter into the eternal Holy of Holies. He was seated at the right hand of God, as a High Priest interceding for us. He became our forerunner, paving a path for us.
Heb. 7:16 who has come, not according to the law of a fleshly commandment, but according to the power of an endless life.
The Lord Jesus Christ became a priest who was not subjected to the fleshly rules and regulations (laws and commandments) of the tribe of Levi. Rather, He conquered death through the power of everlasting life.
The Lord Jesus Christ has declared that He is the Son of God through His resurrection. He became a High Priest and fulfilled His priesthood in order to save us.
Rom. 1:4 and declared to be the Son of God with power according to the Spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead.
Established On God’s Oath
The Lord Jesus Christ became the Mediator of a better covenant that was established on better promises. The need for this second covenant would not have arisen had the first covenant been faultless.
Jer. 31:31-33 31Behold, the days are coming, says the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and with the house of Judah-- 32not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt, My covenant which they broke, though I was a husband to them, says the Lord. 33But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will put My law in their minds, and write it on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people.
In the Old Testament, High Priests offered gifts and sacrifices for sins before God; they were the mediators between God and men.
In the New Testament, the Word became flesh and dwelt among us. This was fulfilled by the Lord Jesus Christ as the Son of God. He was flawless and had obtained eternal redemption with His own blood.
Heb. 9:12 Not with the blood of goats and calves, but with His own blood He entered the Most Holy Place once for all, having obtained eternal redemption.
God will forgive the sins and cleanse the unrighteousness of whoever who believes in the Lord Jesus Christ and accepts Him as the Mediator. The Lord Jesus Christ is the Mediator and the heavenly ladder. Through Him, one will be able to enter into the kingdom of heaven.
Jacob had a dream that a ladder was set up on the earth, and its top reached to heaven; and there the angels of God were ascending and descending on it (Gen. 28:12).
This ladder represents the Lord Jesus Christ as the bridge between God and men. He is also the Mediator who redeems us from sins to achieve salvation and reconciliation with God.
Conclusion
The priesthood of the Lord Jesus Christ will continue forever and will never change. He is the High Priest and the Mediator between God and us. He will forever redeem our sins by interceding for us before God.
Heb. 7:23-25 23Also there were many priests, because they were prevented by death from continuing. 24But He, because He continues forever, has an unchangeable priesthood.25Therefore He is also able to save to the uttermost those who come to God through Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them.
The Lord Jesus Christ is a High Priest who lives forever. He is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and has become higher than the heavens (Heb. 7:26). Pilate said to them, I find no fault in Him at all (John 18:38LP). This testifies that the Lord Jesus Christ is holy, sinless and blameless.
1Pet. 1:15-16 15but as He who called you is holy, you also be holy in all your conduct, 16because it is written, "Be holy, for I am holy."
Melchizedek was without father, without mother, without genealogy, having neither beginning of days nor end of life, but made like the Son of God.
God had already existed since the foundation of the world. He is the Creator and has dominion over the whole universe, heaven and earth. The Lord Jesus Christ is the Beginning and the End.
Rev 1:8 "I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End," says the Lord, "who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty."
